GIFT TERMS

Gift certificate terms.

What it covers

One private four-hour portrait day with Angie, including all drawing materials, at the recipient's home anywhere from Mandurah to Alkimos. The certificate is for the portrait day itself, so it stays valid for one portrait day even if the price changes later.

Validity

Each certificate is valid for three years from the issue date printed on it. No fees are charged after purchase.

Booking

The recipient emails anqi.art@gmail.com with the gift code and two or three Friday to Monday dates, at least seven days ahead. Angie confirms a date by email, and the recipient accepts the booking terms for that session, including one free date change with seven days' notice. The recipient sends at least five reference photos no later than five days before the session.

If a home visit is not suitable

The recipient can choose a private studio for A$500, or the giver can receive a full refund of the certificate.

Refunds and transfers

The giver can have a full refund if the certificate is unused and requested within 30 days of purchase. After that, the certificate is refunded in full if Angie cannot deliver the session, and as otherwise required by law. The certificate can be transferred to someone else by emailing Angie.
